Happy Mother's Day

Another year, another Mother's Day has come and gone. This year we hosted our annual Mother's Day Brunch - spinach & bacon quiche, overnight baked french toast, sausage bread, citrus salad, lemon squares for dessert! I even ventured out into the unknown by testing out my new recipe for cherry-mint spritzers!
